Located in Agios Amvrosios village, the winery was founded in 2006 by Akis Zambartas who had worked in the wine business for many years, first as Chief Winemaker and later as Managing Director of one of the biggest wine producers in Cyprus. Today the winery is run by Akis Zambartas and his son Marcos. Since its establishment the winery ten folded its production, reaching a production of 55,000 bottles, while several of its wines have won numerous awards.

Ayia Mavri Winery
Located in the Koilani village the winery was established in the 1980s and is run by the couple Ioannis and Yiannoula Ioannidou. The annual production is 50,000 bottles, while expansion has been deliberately cautious in order to maintain the high quality of the wines produced. The award winning winery is famous for its sweet Moschatos wines.

Situated in the Kyperounda village this award winning winery opened in 1998 and is run by the Photos Photiades Group. The production capacity of the winery is 300,000 bottles. The winery owns a four-hectares vineyard which is the highest located vineyard in Europe at 1400 meters altitude and with a micro climate similar to those of Bordeaux in France.

The Hadjiantonas Winery is located at the Parekklisia village and is run by Theodoros Hadjiantonas who started making wines commercially 2004. The winery owns 7 hectares of vineyards and produces 70,000 bottles of nine different wines. The wines are regarded as being top quality and amongst the best in Cyprus, having won numerous awards in competitions in Cyprus and abroad.

Located in Mallia village, the winery was established in 1928 and is owned by the KEO Group. It is among the largest in Cyprus with an annual capacity of 3 million bottles. Among its wide range of grapes, the Riesling is particularly interesting, being unusual for wine producing in Cyprus.

Olumpys Winery is located in Omodos village and it is owned by ETKO, the oldest wine-making business in Cyprus since 1844. The winery is surrounded by 70 hectares of privately owned new vineyards and has a maturing capacity of two million bottles.

Tsiakkas Winery is located in Pelendri village. It was established in 1988 and currently produces ten wines at a capacity of 150,000 bottles annually. Built in a typical Cypriot architecture sheltered by the surrounding mountains, the winery maintains a well-organized cellar where the wine ages at excellent conditions.
